Compilation of Personal Identifiable Information 

We only collect personal information when a service is booked. We use your name and address (postal and/or email)  in order to deliver our services, information or service you requested and to follow up with you about the transaction (i.e., send a renewal notice, invoice, etc). We may also send you further information about our services, its offers, or other products produced under its name. When you submit personal identifiable information on this site, you are giving your consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as set forth in the privacy policy. 

Your credit card number, debit card number, or banking information for payment of services is used only for processing payments and for presenting you with payment options — not for marketing purposes.  Nada Art Design Associates does not store your credit card numbers under any circumstances.

Disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information 

Except as disclosed in this privacy policy, we do not provide your personally identifiable information to third parties without your consent.

Third-Party Providers 

We may retain other companies and individuals to perform tasks on our behalf, such as email services, web, hosting companies and fulfilment companies. It may be necessary to provide such third parties with access to personally identifiable information to help them perform their tasks. We do not authorize them to use such information for any other purpose.

Optional Communication  

You always have the option to instruct us not to use your name, address, e-mail address, etc. beyond providing you with the information or service you requestedI. f you choose to submit personally identified information, the information you provide may be used to deliver newsletters, surveys or other communications containing product information or promotions.   If at any point you choose to no longer receive future communications, you can “Unsubscribe” by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email communication you received from us. You may also send an unsubscribe request to  support@nadaartdesign.com. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your request.

Are small text file placed on your browser’s files. No one else can read this file. Cookies do not contain personally identifiable information. Cookies allow our server  to recognize you as a return user to enhance your shopping experience on our site. Cookies allow you to navigate quickly and keep track of your services purchased online. Children under 13 

Nada Art Design Associates is committed to protecting the safety of children online. In compliance with the children’s privacy policy protection act of 1998, we will never knowingly request or use personal information from children under 13 years of age without prior parental consent. If we receive actual knowledge that is subscriber is under 13 years of age, all personal information related to the subscriber will be erased from our files.
